HOA Budget Ratification Meeting: 
The 2026 Budget Ratification meeting will be held on January 26, 2026 at 318 Mayku Way at 6:30 PM.  Please bring a folding chair. Prior to the meeting, a copy of the proposed 2026 budget will be sent to each homeowner. In the event you cannot attend, a proxy form will be included.
